The Bulletin is a collective work initiated by ICC, which holds all rights as defined in the French Code of Intellectual Property.
Permission should be sought before redistributing or re-using any material published in the Bulletin. Please send your application to the Publication Manager at vhn@iccwbo.org. Applications should indicate:

the author and title of the material to be re-used (if only part of an article is to be reproduced, please specify which part(s))

the issue of the ICC International Court of Arbitration Bulletin in which the material was published
-
the publication in which the material will be reproduced or event at which the material will be distributed (please give the name of the publisher/organizer)

the form in which the material is to be reproduced or distributed

the number of copies to be made or the extent of the distribution
-
whether the copies will be distributed free or sold and, if sold, at what price
-
when the material is to be re-published or distributed.
No prior permission is required for single copies of material reproduced for the purpose of private study or in connection with research for non-commercial purposes.
