Since 1990, the Bulletin has been providing legal practitioners, scholars and the international business community with a wealth of authoritative and practical information on ICC dispute resolution services and arbitration law in general. With a truly international focus, the Bulletin is distributed in more than 100 countries throughout the world. It is published three times a year in separate English and French editions - each issue now containing some hundred pages. Its unique combination of commentary, source material and news includes: reports, analyses and statistics on ICC arbitration and other ICC dispute resolution services – ADR, expertise and Dispute Boards, previously unpublished extracts from ICC awards, with accompanying commentaries, showing how procedural matters or substantive issues have been handled, articles by leading specialists, written on the basis of first-hand experience and from the perspective of different legal traditions and cultures.
