ICC International Court of Arbitration Bulletin

Submissions

Lire en français

The ICC International Court of Arbitration Bulletin welcomes submissions on subjects relevant to international dispute resolution practitioners.

Articles should represent original contributions to thinking and scholarly discussion. Preference will be given to subjects of practical interest. Material should not have been published previously or offered for publication elsewhere.

Length: Submissions should normally not exceed 8,000 words (approximately 15 A4 pages of single-spaced type, Times Roman 12).
Language: Submissions may be in English or in French. Authors are advised that the ICC International Court of Arbitration Bulletin is published in both languages and their articles, if accepted, will therefore be translated.
Form: Articles should be submitted as a Word file, preferably in the form of an attachment to an e-mail sent to the Publication Manager.
Layout: Please type your text using as little formatting as possible. In particular, the use of capital letters for titles and headings should be avoided. When citing articles and books, please use inverted commas for the title of an article and italics for the title of a book. When referring to works previously mentioned in footnotes, please use supra followed by the number of the footnote (e.g. supra note 3) rather than loc. cit.
Abstract: Authors are requested to provide an abstract of their articles of no more than 150 words, including any relevant key words.
Biography: Authors are requested to send with their submissions brief biographical details about themselves.

Submissions will be acknowledged upon receipt. Authors will be informed whether or not their articles can be published after consideration by members of the Editorial Board.
