IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR 2011
Founded in 1990, the Bulletin was published in separate English and French editions until 2010. From 2011, they are superseded by a single multilingual edition, predominantly in English but also including French, Spanish and other languages where appropriate. The Bulletin is published three times a year : two regular issues and a special supplement.
